Screen Printing

Bold, opaque ink pushed through a mesh screen — the workhorse of custom apparel.

Best for: Team jerseys, band merch, event tees, and any large run of the same design.
Minimum order: 24 pieces
Turnaround: 7–10 business days
Cost curve: Cheaper per piece the more you order; setup fee per ink color.

For example —
A 3-color logo on 200 heavyweight cotton tees for a 5k race.

A specialized inkjet that prints full-color art straight onto cotton.

Best for: Photographic designs, one-offs, and short runs with lots of colors.

Turnaround: 3–5 business days
Cost curve: Flat per-piece pricing; great for small quantities.
