Privacy Policy

We collect what you type or upload, plus basic visit counts described under Google and Lovable below. There is no advertising tracking on this site.

• When you send a message through the contact page: your name, email address, a subject if you add one, and the message.
• When you ask for a quote: your name, email, phone and company if you add them, and the job details. Those include the print method, the blank and color, how many of each size, print locations, ink colors or stitch count, when you need it, your notes, and the estimate you were shown.
• Your artwork, when you upload it with a quote. The file is stored under a long random address so we can print from it. Anyone who has that exact address can open the file. We do not list or publish those addresses.
• When you place an order, once ordering is open on the site: a shipping name, address and phone, and a record of what you paid. Card details go to Stripe and never pass through our servers.

• Reply to your message or quote request.
• Price your job and keep a record of the estimate you saw.
• Produce and ship what you ordered.
• Email you a confirmation, a receipt, and shipping updates.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.

A few companies handle parts of the work. Each one receives only what its part needs.

• Lovable hosts the website, its database and file storage, and sends our email. Your messages, quotes and artwork live there. Lovable also counts visits for us with a small script. It records the page you viewed, the page that sent you here, your browser type and language, and a country guessed from your clock's time zone. It keeps a random session id in a cookie so one visit counts once. It does not record your name or anything you type.
• Stahls' Fulfill Engine prints and ships orders. When you place an order we send it the item, size and color, your artwork, and the shipping name, address and phone.
• Stripe takes payments. Stripe collects your card details on its own page under its own privacy policy and tells us whether the payment went through.
• Google serves the fonts on this site, which means your browser requests them from Google when a page loads. We also receive quote and contact notifications at a Gmail address.

We share information with anyone else only if the law requires it or you ask us to.

Messages and quote requests stay in our records so we can refer back to them when you follow up. Artwork stays as long as we may need it to reprint or support an order. If you want any of it gone sooner, ask and we will delete it, unless a receipt or tax record has to stay.

• You can ask what we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct it.
• You can ask us to delete it, with the receipt and tax exception above.
• You can use the site without creating an account. Only Circle R Printing staff sign in, and their sign-in is kept in their own browser.

This site is for adults ordering printed goods. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If a child has sent us something, tell us and we will remove it.

If what we collect or who we share it with changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. Anything already sent to us stays under the rules you saw when you sent it, unless you agree otherwise.
