A quote from the form or an instant estimate on the site is an estimate. It is free, it does not commit you to anything, and it is based on what you told us. The price becomes final when you review the order and pay. Blank garment prices come from our print partner and can change between the day you get an estimate and the day you order.

Some jobs cannot be priced on the spot. Screen printing needs the exact ink colors and embroidery needs a digitized stitch file. For those we confirm the price by email and send you a link to pay once it is set.

• Before you pay, we check the order with our print partner. If it cannot be made as described, you see why on the review page and nothing is charged.
• Payment is taken by Stripe on its own page. We never see your card number. Paying places the order.
• Orders ship within the United States for now. International orders are handled by email through the quote form.
• Every order is made to your specifications. We do not keep stock of printed goods.

You keep ownership of the artwork you upload. By uploading it you tell us that you have the right to print it, and you give us permission to print it, to show it to our print partner, and to keep a copy so we can reprint or support your order.

• We will not print artwork you lack the rights to, including someone else's trademark or copyrighted work used without their permission, or anything threatening or hateful. If we decline a job for this reason before production, we refund it in full.
• We print the file you give us. Check spelling, size and colors before you order. Low resolution files print soft; we say so when we can see it, but the file is your responsibility.
• Printed colors differ a little from screen colors, and garment dye lots vary. Small differences are normal and are not defects.

The turnaround shown for your method on the methods page is our usual production time in business days, counted from the day your order is confirmed with artwork approved. It is a target, not a promise. Shipping time is on top of that and depends on the carrier.

You get a tracking link by email when the order ships. If a package shows no tracking movement for three days or arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days of the ship date and we will chase it or reprint.

You can change the shipping address or cancel for a full refund until production starts. Production starts when the blank garments are ordered for your job, usually within one business day of payment. After that the garments are committed and we cannot cancel or change the order.

To change or cancel, reply to your receipt email right away or use the contact page. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Because every order is custom, we do not take returns for a change of mind, a wrong size ordered, or a mistake in the artwork you supplied.

If something is wrong on our side, we make it right. That covers printing errors, damaged goods, the wrong item, or the wrong quantity. Tell us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the problem and we reprint the affected pieces or refund them, your choice.

• You do not need an account. Only Circle R Printing staff sign in.
• Do not use the site to send spam, to probe or overload it, or to upload files that carry malware.
• The site's text, design and code belong to Circle R Printing. Your artwork belongs to you.
• Our privacy policy says what we collect and who sees it. It is part of these terms.

We provide the site as it is, and we may change or pause it at any time. If we fall short on an order, our responsibility is limited to reprinting the affected pieces or refunding what you paid for them. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed event, lost sales, or the cost of goods bought elsewhere.

Nothing here removes rights that the law gives you and does not let us remove.

These terms and any order placed through the site are governed by the laws of the State of California. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking it through, it is heard in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you and we both agree to that venue.

When these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top moves. An order you already placed stays under the terms that were posted when you paid.
